Merlin Gonzales is the Founder and President of FHL Community Inc.. His passion to disciple and to bring the love of God to local communities through acts of kindness began Faith, Hope and Love Community, Inc. in 2005 . Merlin developed the concept of “Mission Trips in Your Own Backyard” and implemented this concept through Faith, Hope and Love Week as a yearly volunteer mobilization and leadership training tool. His focus is on helping pastors to reach out to their communities to raise and train leaders. Merlin Gonzales was born in the Philippines and now lives with his wife, Annie, in Noblesville, IN. He has two children, Andrew and Kayla.
