Stan Smith

Stan Smith, Current Director of Business Development, Infrastructure Engineering, Inc., a retired executive of IBM, former Commissioner of Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), former Vice President and Area Manager of Parsons Brinckerhoff. At INDOT he led a 5000-person organization, where he focused on employee development, customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvements. Currently at Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. Stan is focused on rekindling relationships with state and local clients, developing winning proposals, executive-level project oversight and customer satisfaction. Stan has had a successful career in information technology and infrastructure design and construction. He is now focused on helping others attain their goals. He has successfully trained ex-offenders for jobs with local underground utility firms and the local water and sewer company. He was a former member of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and he was the Central Indiana Director of the Boy Scouts of America’s Explorer Program.
