Tytishia “Ty” Davis is a newcomer to Indiana. She and her family moved to Indiana in 2016 and she joined the FHL board in 2017. She and her husband, Damon Davis, attend Heartland Church in Fishers with their children, Caleb and Jocelyn. For the last 21 years, Ty has worked in NC institutions of higher education as a counselor and in varying administrative roles. She is currently the Assistant Dean of Students and Director for the Office of Student Advocacy and Support at IUPUI in Indianapolis where her office oversees the campus food pantry, Paw’s Pantry. Ty enjoys serving others by serving in her community. She is passionate about helping to meet social needs, especially as it relates to food insecurity. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor(NC-LPC), has an undergraduate degree in Social Work and a graduate degree in Counseling, both from East Carolina University in North Carolina.
