Run 2 End Hunger is more than a race—it’s a movement dedicated to raising awareness about hunger and its deep connection to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Hosted by FHL, this initiative brings together individuals, families, and communities who are committed to making a difference—one step at a time.

We believe that hunger goes beyond the absence of food. It can show up as stress, instability, lack of access, and unmet emotional needs. Run 2 End Hunger was created to shine a light on these realities while promoting health, unity, and hope within our communities.

Now, you can be part of this mission anytime, anywhere.

With our Virtual Runner Registration open all year long, participants have the flexibility to complete their 5K in a way that works best for them—whether that’s on a treadmill, at the gym, through your neighborhood, on a scenic trail, or even while traveling out of state. No matter where you are, you’re still running for a cause that matters.

Once you complete your 5K, you’ll receive an official Run 2 End Hunger medal as a symbol of your commitment to the movement. Participants are encouraged to submit their completion time by emailing selenadb@fhlinternational.org so they can be recognized and celebrated alongside others making an impact.

Every step you take helps us continue the work of addressing hunger in all its forms and supporting programs like Beyond This Hunger, which focus on long-term wellness and community transformation.
