MEET THE BOARD

MERLIN GONZALES

Founder and President of FHL Community Inc. Merlin was born in the Philippines and immigrated to the US in 1984. Merlin travelled to many countries in Europe, Central and South America. His experience in different countries helped him to understand the different cultures and how to relate to them. He served as the Outreach Pastor for Indy Vineyard. His passion to mobilize the churches and the community to serve their neighborhoods paved the way to the establishment of Faith Hope and Love Community. He is the Author of “The Kingdom in Our Midst” and the accompanying workbook, “Living in God’s Dominion Here on Earth.” These books have been used by many churches and community centers in developing their neighborhood services. He earned his Master's Degree in Theological Studies and is currently a candidate for Doctorate Degree in Divinity.

ELDON KIBBEY

Currently the Director for CBMC Indiana, a ministry to business and professional men, a position he has held since 1998. He also owned Environment Control Building Maintenance Company of Indianapolis, Inc., a janitorial service business performing services for a variety of commercial and industrial clients throughout the Greater Indianapolis area. Eldon founded the company and was president and general manager for 26 years before selling it in December 1997.

LIBBY LOUDEN

Graduated with a BS Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University, and SHRM – CP from Ivy Tech. Libby was the Education Director for a Boys and Girls Club and was responsible for the development of after-school educational programming. Libby has been an HR Generalist since 2019 for a few organizations.

STAN SMITH

Current Director of Business Development, Infrastructure Engineering, Inc., a retired executive of IBM, former Commissioner of Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), former Vice President and Area Manager of Parsons Brinckerhoff. At INDOT he led a 5000-person organization, where he focused on employee development, customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvements. Currently at Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. He was a former member of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and he was the Central Indiana Director of the Boy Scouts of America’s Explorer Program.

ROBBY HIESER

A seasoned leader brings a wealth of professional experience as a skilled craftsman and successful business operator, currently serving as the CEO of Smith’s Jewelers. In the heart of downtown Noblesville, Indiana, Robby takes great pride in preserving and advancing the traditions and legacy of Smith's Jewelers. His commitment extends beyond his business role, as he holds the esteemed position of Vice President at the Indiana Jewelers Association.

LARRY CAMMARATA

Larry is a Horticultural Sustainability and Water Management Consultant with over 41 years of international experience in design, management, and installation of water management systems. He graduated from Purdue University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Turfgrass and Landscape Architecture. He helped publish some of the first articles on irrigation systems, which are still being used today by the Purdue University Extension service.

TIM PIERCE

Dr. Pierce currently serves as Administrative Director at Indiana University Health for the West Region where he oversees the hospital-based practice service lines. Prior to his arrival at IU Health, Pierce was at Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, California as Director of Ambulatory Care with oversight of Medical Specialties. Pierce started his healthcare career in 2015 as a Community Pharmacist in Virginia where he practiced in for- profit and non-profit organizations. During Pierce’s free time, he volunteers for the 100 Black Men of America, Inc. Indianapolis chapter, and was recently selected to serve on the board of directors for the Hanna Community Center in Lafayette, Indiana and Faith, Hope & Love Community in Indianapolis, Indiana.
