Libby Louden, joined the FHL board in May 2023. She graduated with a BS Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University, and SHRM – CP from Ivy Tech. She is the current Indiana State Coordinator for the National Day of Prayer.
Libby was the Education Director for a Boys and Girls Club and was responsible for the development of after school educational programming. Libby has been an HR Generalist since 2019 for a few organizations.
She is a true-person who thrives on team building and project management. Cultural competence, communication and employee relations are her greatest strengths.
