Blessed Is The Hunger

When you hand someone a bag of food, you expect them to eat.
What you don’t expect is that the act itself becomes a doorway—
into prayer, into friendship, into the Kingdom of God made visible
on your own street, in your own neighborhood.
 
For twenty years,
Faith Hope and Love International
has been learning how to walk through that doorway.
We have seen volunteers become ministers.
We have seen neighbors turn into friends.
We have seen churches remember who they are.
 
Blessed is the Hunger tells that story.
It is about gardens and desert journeys, rescue teams and wedding parades.
It is about what happens when ordinary people
say yes to God and discover He has already gone ahead of them.
 
This is not a manual. It is a travel journal.
The table is still being set.
