This month’s Table Talk (#12 ) started at 11am. We discussed different ways of gathering information about the clients attending our food pantries. Then we considered the importance of evaluating the information we gather, turning what we learn into metrics for our potential donors to consider and using best practices in record keeping.
Afterwards, we opened the FHL Food Pantry to the public at 1:30 and finished at 3:00pm. Another full day for FHL Community.
