An aspect of a Missional food pantry is being relational. Beyond providing food and prayers to those in need, missional food pantries schedule follow ups. Although it was rainy, windy and cold, the Indy Vineyard Missional Food Pantry care team members were at their food pantry last night following up with the recipients from the previous week’s pantry. They asked how they’re doing, offered prayers and invited them for family bible study starting in November. This is a demonstration of the Gospel of the Kingdom.
